On top of this, members will gain access to unique opportunities and fun experiences like challenges and networking events. Our vision is to build an inclusive community that provides multidimensional value for every member: enriching and fun experiences and transformative collaborations.

A core aim of Last Neanderthals is to promote education, both within our community and worldwide. Members have the opportunity to teach and learn from each other’s experiences and skills. In this way, we aim to make our community an educational hub for all members seeking personal and professional development. Furthermore, we have great ambitions for Last Neanderthals, and one of our aims is to use the platform to contribute towards the greater global movement of providing quality education to children around the world. This is because we believe that education is the most important tool in the world and, if utilised properly, is a crucial catalyst for social change and a better, fairer world. Education is, therefore, fundamental to the values and vision of Last Neanderthals.

Good leaders bring out the best in themselves and those around them. Our vision is for this community to be filled with leaders who have been empowered by the unique opportunities and knowledge that the project brings through events and networking. We want to step beyond the conventional, providing a platform for inspired and motivated people to make the change of the future and to be the leaders of tomorrow.

Additionally, our focus on leadership is intertwined with the Last Neanderthals storyline, which is another important and exciting part of the project. The four main Last Neanderthals are leaders that display and embody different styles and traits of leadership.

As mentioned in the community pillar, we believe that having a united group of people supporting one another and working towards common goals can result in transformative individual growth and impactful social change, and empathy is key to this process.

Empathy allows us to understand other people and how situations are perceived from their point of view. Empathy is thus crucial for effective leadership and is vital for problem-solving and teamwork. We, therefore, strive to cultivate empathy within the Last Neanderthals community to enable us to make deeper connections, communicate better, and make sure everyone feels welcome and supported within the Last Neanderthals community.
